Compliance Agent (HUD)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Compliance Agent
Location: Sacramento
Type: Full Time Employee
Requirements: 1. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
2. Previous HUD experience is preferred
REPORTS TO: Site Manager
DUTIES:
- Assist Site Manager in enforcing complex rules and regulations
- Maintain tenant documentation according to HUD & guidelines
- Maintain all tenant files complete and up-to-date
- Obtain 3rd-party verifications necessary for all tenant files
- Collect rents, security deposits, late fees, and other monies due
- Utilize RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents software application to:
- Move-in / Move-out tenants
- Accept Certification paperwork from Compliance Assistant, confirm accuracy and prepare resident Certifications & Recertifications
- Review Reports
- Maintain waiting list
- Record maintenance requests & deliver to Maintenance Director
- Submit TRACS and Post HAP
- Complete Accounting Month-End process
- Input A/P, A/R and Deposits
- Update Fixed Asset inventory
- Follow EIV rules and pull monthly EIV Master File reports
- Maintain EIV master file bind
