• Job Title: VP of Technology (Product Management & Technical Marketing)
• Job Industry: Chip Design Industry (eg. WIFI, 3G/LTE, or broadcasting)
• Job Location: Base in China (Beijing) or Abroad (USA); at least 50% of time in China

• Travel: Yes, as needed
Summary:
A leading IC design company based in China targeting global markets and preparing its IPO is looking for a leader with both Chinese and western culture background and working experience to join this fast growing company to take this highly technical executive role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and strategy to company's product road map and technology direction;
• Provide guidance to highly technical engineering team to make sure the product meet the performance requirement;
• Work closely with marketing team, recommend the go-to-market, adoption strategies and define market requirements;
• Work closely with the sales team to promote products and product road map to customers.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background on communication systems that includes RF, Mixed signal, baseband, Mac, and software;
• Fluent in both English and Chinese;
• More than 5 years of experience in the communication chip design industry such as WIFI, 3G, LTE, or broadcasting.
• Solid education and working experience in IC industry or related fields in global markets;
• Master degree or above in related engineering fields and management functions
