The Supply Chain Lead (SCL) provides end to end supply chain expertise and leadership within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to help plan and execute comprehensive, complex product change initiatives. An SCL works through strong linkages between the Product Supply Organization (PSO) and multiple cross-functional partners to ensure that the implementation of change efforts supports both the SBU and PSO functional strategies

• Provides PSO functional expertise and broad business input within brand/category project teams
• Acts of the primary voice of all PSO sub-functions within the project team.
• Facilitates communication and coordination of PSO functional activities
• Develops and recommends an end to end supply chain execution strategy that delivers against short and long term requirements of approved project objectives, aka Start of ship, volume, Total Delivered Cost, supply risk, SPACE, etc
• Is accountable for the successful commercialization of projects from design through start of ship and technical transfer
• Provides leadership to ensure alignment between SBU and PSO functional objectives
• Acts as commercialization project manager for less complex projects, as assigned


• Collaborates with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional PSO expert into business partner within the team.
• Builds collaboration across PSO sub-functions to deliver superior execution results.
• Works with Product Supply Integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources
• Designs and executes best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of Supply Chain Solutions resources
• Acts as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics that deliver business priorities through utilization of required resources

Required Qualifications:

• Leadership and ability to effectively influence

• Broad knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
• Teamwork skills

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Engineering/related technical degree or Business
• Minimum 3 years product supply experience
• Experience with production/inventory control systems
• Experience with ERP applications
• Re-locatable into and out of the Bay Area

Desired Qualifications:

• Operations planning experience
• Project management experience
• People management experience
• Experience with demand creation functions, i.e. interface with external Customers and/or Marketing, Sales and R&D
