1） 机器视觉或机械手控制方面的高手，毕业于国内名校！(机器人或机器视觉相关领域毕业的本科或硕士，博士生）；
2） 熟悉C++，有开发大型软件系统的经验；或有ROS、Python和Java开发经验；
3） 有整合软件和硬件系统的经验，熟悉当前最先进的开发环境和软件工程学；4） 有能力高效地开发和实施大型复杂算法；
5） 有优秀的沟通能力，能带领团队并和其他同事协调高效地工作； 
6） 有创业热情！
7） 年龄最好在35左右
